BPC is searching for a new Host, Co-Host, & Reporters!

Big Purple Couch is looking for a new on-screen team for the upcoming season! Think you have what it takes to be the host, co-host, or a reporter for BPC? We want to see what you’ve got!

Host:
For those who are interested in replacing the lovely Christine Clark, interviews will be held on the night of April 10th. The interview will include a few brief questions and a short audition. The audition will be in the style of our opening banter for the show each week. If you are interested in the position of Host, send an email to media@usc-uwo.org by Sunday, April 8th to receive further details and sign up for an interview.

Co-Host & Reporter:
Co-Host and Reporter auditions will be held the morning of April 11th. This will involve an audition where you will be asked to banter with the newly chosen host. You will be able to indicate your interest in Co-Host, Reporter, or both at the time of your audition. Please send an email to media@usc-uwo.org by Sunday, April 8th to receive further details and sign up for an audition.

Feel free to email media@usc-uwo.org with any questions regarding the positions or the audition process.

Good luck!

2012 Elections Update

Well this was unexpected. After 2 weeks of campaigning, only hours away from the polls closing, and just about time for BPC to start the Results Show, voting was shut down and the 10,000 votes already registered were deemed invalid. This was devastating news for all involved but ultimately the right decision given the hack of the Vote website on Tuesday night. Elections will pick up after reading week and our Results Show will now take place on March 1st. All of the details regarding the decision can be found in the links below. We sincerely hope that all those who voted these past couple days will stay interested and committed to the election process as this next series of events plays out.
